Cabana started at a kitchen table with a sewing machine, a roll of recycled fabric and one question: why does a good swimsuit have to be so hard to find? Today a small studio cuts and sews every piece in short runs, tries each style on real bodies in every size, and keeps going back to the beach to test it.

We would rather make one swimsuit you wear for ten summers than ten you throw away. That is why we use strong seams, lined fronts and colours that keep their brightness in salt, sun and chlorine.
